I felt better today - Not great - but BETTER! :-)
It was a great day - warm and sunny! Hard to believe exactly 2 years ago we were hit by the October Storm. One solid week with no electric - no heat. Those of you from WNY must recall?

Hey there Patti...aye the storm! Last time this year we were sitting in the dark with the gas fireplace going wondering what in the world was going on! One min. a nice sunny day...the next...disaster area! Both the trees...a magnolia and a maple...in our front lawn were smooshed to the ground and the shrubs out back...buried under 3 feet of snow...well, at least by morning. It was an awful feeling not knowing what would happen next and what we woke to find the next morning. I'll never forget it. My father in law had to drive backwards down the length of our unplowed street in his van to "rescue" us...for fear of getting stuck. With no power and noway to get into our garage, we couldn't even snowblow or shovel to get out of our driveway...and the 1 shovel I did manage to pull out before the power went broke in two! We stuck the turtle and fish in back and off we went for several days. Ahh the good ole days.
Sorry you've been ill. It's going around. I'm fighting it myself. Tons of Vit C! Everyone in my dept. has gotten it except me.
