Exercise is what I need to be doing. Why is it so easy to NOT do the things we need to do to keep our bodies healthy? Perhaps this cute little picture will help me remember, to get up and MOVE! :-)

Unfortunately, this video clip wouldn't work for me. I have seen this movie a gazillion times with my son - and it makes me so happy to hear pooh say he is "short, fat and proud of that."
Cute clip though - made me smile!
